Our business history started in February 1985 when Todd Heller, a fourth generation butcher, purchased a retail butchery shop in New Brighton, Christchurch. In 1990, the business started supplying their specialty sausages to the supermarkets and in 1993 moved into their meat processing plant at Kaiapoi.
