Canterbury Golf Life Member George Walker passed away peacefully late late week. George was President of Canterbury Golf in 1979, and contributed significantly to the financial management of the Association through the 70's and 80's. His funeral is on Monday 28 May, 10am at Lamb & Hayward Wairakei Rd.
