The final round of Junior Foursomes Interclub was held at Waimairi Beach on Sunday morning. It was a beautiful, warm morning, the course was in great condition and such an awesome venue for the junior golfers to play at.
In the 18 Hole competition the Weedons team got up to win by 1 point on 275 pts from Kaiapoi on 274 pts, with Russley White third on 269 pts, so amazingly close after four rounds with only 7 points separating the top 4 teams over the 4 rounds.
In the 9 Hole competition, Avondale won on 136 pts over the Weedons Red team on 134 pts, with Weedons Black third on 122 pts. Again an amazingly close finish with only 2 points separating the top two teams.
