The Canterbury Golf 9 Hole Christmas Tournament was played at Pegasus Golf Club yesterday in overcast conditions with the course in great order. A field of 63 players enjoyed the day with the following results:
Grade 1 Women
1st Gross - Johanna Moore, Bottle Lake - 46
1st Net - Chris Whiteside, Templeton - 34
1st Stableford - Jenny Yates, Amberley - 19 pts CB
Grade 2 Women
1st Gross - Anne Traquair, Bottle Lake - 54
1st Net - Tessa Molloy, Russley - 35 CB
1st Stableford - Linda Neilson, Avondale - 18 pts
Men
1st Gross - Des Moore, Rangiora - 49
1st Net - Ted Kikstra, Greendale - 33
1st Stableford - John Evans, Amberley - 20 pts
