Christchurch maintained their standing at the top of the table just half a game ahead of Russley. Christchurch beat Pegasus 3-1 with Olive Tapu beating Karen de Lautour 10/8 to gain an early win for the Christchurch team. Mel Brew had her first outing for the season and contributed to the team win beating Clare Stevens 4/3 along with Lina Park beating Bobbi Oliver 2/1.
Russley had a good battle with Clearwater with two matches going down the 18th hole. Lynda Vieceli had an impressive 1 up win over Robyn Cruse and Di Kay halved her match with Mihee Woo. Russley's Juliana Hung showed her class with a 7/6 win over Rachel Eder and Amy Weng continued her unbeaten record with a 4/3 win over Lynn Brand.
Aorangi teammates Catherine Knight and Ginny Bolderston squared off for their respective teams Harewood and Waitikiri finishing with a half. Harewood's Anne Dick and Jessica Crosbie posted wins for the team to get the valuable points for the team win. Cheryl Kemp (Waitikiri) beat Debbie Scott (Harewood) in a close match 1 up.
The top four spots are still unclear to see which teams will go through to the Pollock Cup semi final. With one round robin match remaining Christchurch and Russley have booked their spots in the semi finals but the two remaining spots are up for grabs with Harewood, Waitikiri, Pegasus and Clearwater all still in with a chance.
