Canterbury Slip to 5th

The Canterbury U/23 Team slipped to 5th position after the second round of the New Zealand U/23 Teams Championship being played at Taupo Golf Club. Canterbury were leading by three shots after the first round but failed to reproduce their early form in the afternoon.
Wellington have a commanding 7 shot lead over North Harbour on a two round total of 2 under. Canterbury are 11 shots off the pace on 9 over par.
Danny Lee of BOP leads the individual section after recording a 6 under par 66 in the second round to compliment his even par 72 in the morning round. John Bae is the best placed Cantabrian on a two round total of 1 under par.
