Liz Douglas Trophy Conditions
Eligibility is in accordance with the Policies of Canterbury Golf. All scores are adjusted to a course par of 72. For example a course with an 18 hole par of 74 would result in two shots being deducted from a players score. A total of 10 rounds must be completed to be eligible to win the Liz Douglas Trophy. Any player not returning a score card in any tournament where they have started will have a gross score of 90 entered into their stroke average. The player with the best scoring average at the completion of the Liz Douglas Trophy season will be declared the winner.
The following tournaments comprise the Liz Douglas Trophy: The Liz Douglas Trophy events are Canterbury Provincial Championship Qualifying Rounds; Russley Open; Templeton Open; Waitikiri Open; North Is/NZ Under 23 Strokeplay; South Island Strokeplay; Press Invitational; Canterbury Strokeplay; Waimairi Beach Open; Avondale Open; NZ Amateur Strokeplay; Coringa Open.
