This is an excellent resource on how clubs can respond to the current crisis. Although it is American based and 34 pages long it is well worth the read. The principles outlined are applicable to clubs here.
A couple of key take outs:
- You need to encourage your members to think like owners not customers. This will change their attitude to things like membership fee rebates etc.
- Clubs Compete on Value, Not Price (from page 30).
