The Canterbury Golf team joined some of the region’s finest athletes last night at the Canterbury Sport & Recreation Awards.
A huge shoutout to two of our golfers who were recognised:
⛳️ Cooper Moore - nominated for the Lincoln University Outstanding Youth in Sport award. An incredible achievement in itself, Cooper!
⛳️ John Rademakeres - inducted into the Canterbury Sporting Legends Hall of Fame. What a moment for Dutchie, truly deserved!
These achievements are a testament to the hard work put in, day after day. Huge congratulations to all the other incredible athletes honoured across Canterbury sport ❤️
The annual Metro A & B interclub competitions as well as the Presidents Grade competitions have concluded recently with one club doing the “double” and a playoff required to decide one of the finals.
A brilliant season all round - well done to everyone involved ⛳️

Ladies, winter golf just got better ❄️⛳️
She Loves Golf Canterbury is a community of over 2,100 women across Canterbury who love golf - whether they’re just starting out or seasoned players looking for more ways to stay connected. And this winter, we’re keeping the good times rolling with our very first She Loves Golf Winter Series.
We’ve packed the next six months with range nights, club tours, clinics, fashion shows, wine tastings and social events - there’s something for everyone.

Expressions of Interest for the 26/27 Canterbury Golf Talent Development Programme are now open, any young player who wishes to be considered to be part of the 26/27 TDP cycle are now invited to complete the following EOI survey outlining why they wish to be involved.
We also have an opportunity for coaches to join the programme and invite any interested coaches to also get in contact.
