A new, rejuvenated and rebranded Smiths City are partnering with Canterbury Golf to sponsor a couple of projects.
The first has been the Spring She Loves Golf 6's series that has taken place through November at Waitikiri, Harewood, Bottle Lake, and Russley Golf Clubs. Smiths City have generously donated spot and participation prizes including a lucky participant draw for a Sleepyhead Queens Size Bed and an LG Soundbar. Over 200 participations are anticipated for this series targeted at new women golfers that will end at Russley next Monday. Another series is being proposed for the New Year and will again be supported by Smiths City.
Secondly, Smiths City will sponsor the 2021 Canterbury Strokeplay to be held at Clearwater Golf Club 6-7 February. They will provide two major prizes for the men's and women's champions.
