The annual Men's Quadrangular fixture was held at the Rarangi Golf Club. This event is an important representative event on the Canterbury Golf calendar as we progress closer to the NZ Men's Toro Interprovincial which will be played at the end of November. Ian Donaldson was able to step in as Manager for the event, "I was really impressed with the performance of the team, the players never gave up and worked well together. It's an exciting time as we have new players in the team representing Canterbury in the senior ranks".
The Canterbury team beat Tasman 7-1 in the opening game and then had a close tussle with North Harbour which they narrowly lost 5-3. In the match against Wellington the Canterbury team performed well to get the win 5-3. Overall the Canterbury team finished second behind North Harbour who won all three matches.
