Canterbury Junior players Amelia Garvey (Kaiapoi), Juliana Hung(Russley), Tom Parker (Christchurch) and Dominic Brettkelly (Hororata) have been selected based on recent New Zealand tournaments results to travel with a NZ Golf squad to the Australian Junior Girls and Boys Amateur. This is a great achievement for four Canterbury players to have been selected our of eight available places nationwide.
The players travelling are:
Girls: Amelia Garvey, Juliana Hung, Rose Zheng and Carmen Lim
Boys: Shaun Campbell, Tom Parker, Dominic Brettkelley and Kevin Koong.
The Australian Junior Girls and Boys Amateur is being played the 5th to the 7th April in Wollongong. The girls play Port Kemba, and the boys Wollongong Golf Club.
