The six par 3's at Bottle Lake are usually not as easy as they would seem, but the calm conditions provided players with the opportunity to score well. Both Catherine and Jacob finished runners up in their respective Women's and Men's Open fields.
This was the first year that women were included in the tournament which was a great initiative with 20 women competing in the event along with 56 players in the men's field.
