The Canterbury Men's Masters Team came through the weekend unbeaten at the South Island Interprovincial. The match involved all five South Island provinces, with the six man teams battling it out at the North Otago Golf Club over four rounds of match play.
The North Otago Golf Club provides a tough challenge with undulating fairways. The Canterbury Men's Masters team came through the weekend unbeaten and narrowly missed out on the title, while they finished on the same points as Tasman, they were half a game back on the countback. This is the final event before the NZ Freyberg which is being played at the Hamilton Golf Club 2-6 November.
