The Final Round of Canterbury Central's Brownie Cup Interclub competition was held at Lincoln Golf Club yesterday in grey, wintery conditions with the course in great order.
For the teams at the top of the table, there were a number of different scenarios that could have played out, however it was Hororata and Weedons Black who won their matches comfortably and ended up locked together at the top with Hororata's superior games total making the difference and allowing them to take out the title.

The joint winners of the Barkle Cup MVP were Barrie Coleman and Tristan Vallance from Weedons Black, who both remained unbeaten throughout the 7 round competition. They are pictured left with Canterbury Central Chair, Wayne Hallinan.
