The Women's National Club Teams District Final was played at Weedons Country Club on Friday where 22 Canterbury clubs were represented in the annual Four Ball Stroke Play event.
The weather played it's part being sunny but cool and the Weedons course was in great condition.
As expected the scoring was again very close with ten shots covering the top ten teams before the Harewood team of, from left Liz Warren, Yu Lan Liu, Marie Bell and Kathryn Maloney took out the Canterbury Club Teams District Final with a total of 131.
Two shots further back were Kaiapoi's Sharon Worrall, Diane Wood, Jo Taylor and Eileen Palmer on 131, with Scargill's Helen Laing, Jo Sampson, Nic Gibb and Fi Williams 3rd on 134.
